DINING AT TILLINGHAM IN DECEMBER

Christmas at Tillingham is always special and this year you are in for an extra treat from new dream team Exec Chef Tom Herrieven and Head Chef  Adam Swain at the helm!

Our Christmas Menu throughout December will be available from 1st December through to Lunch on 24th December.

*Please note that our Christmas Day is a different Menu, priced at £135

STARTERS
spice cured sea trout pastrami, olive, grapefruit, micro coriander
Chicken liver parfait, smoked chicken breast, burnt lemon gel (GF)
Native lobster bisque, tomato concedes, basil oil (GF)
Brown sugar and caraway roasted beetroot, turmeric cauliflower puree, croutons, basil (VEG)
Blowtorched Thai marinated salmon, crispy coconut, pickled chilli, and lime soy dressing (GL)
Crispy marinated tofu with crispy coconut, pickled chilli, and lime soy dressing (VE, VEG, GL)

MAINS
Tillingham wild venison pie, whole grain mustard mash, greens and veal jus
Appledore turkey crown, brussels sprouts, braised red cabbage, pigs in blankets, roast potatoes and all the trimmings
Sunflower seed nut roast, Brussels sprouts, Braised red cabbage, and all the trimmings (VE, VEG, GL)
24-day aged roast sirloin, Brussels sprouts, Braised red cabbage, pigs in blankets, roast potatoes and all the trimmings

Please note

*The maximum table size available in the restaurant is 8 but for groups of 9 up to 16 people we can host lunches and dinners in our Private Dining Room.

*We are only able to cater for dietary requirements which are noted at the time of booking, please ensure you include these when making a reservation. This includes vegan, vegetarian, pescetarian etc. Unfortunately, we are unable to cater for children under the age of 10 for dinner in our restaurant. We do however welcome all the family for lunch and on Sundays have a childrens portion. We can not allow dogs in the Upstairs restaurant – however they are always welcome in the pizza barn, bar and even on wine tours.
