Nutrition + Yoga Wellness Day

A day to balance mind + body where you will have an introduction to healthy eating made easy with Nutritional Therapist Sonja of Rye Nutritional Health and body movement and breathing sessions with Caelia of Cinque Yoga.

Focussing on a mindful approach to looking after ourselves, we will also enjoy a healthy lunch followed by a walk through the vines at Tillingham.

You can opt to add a wine tour onto the end of the day too, please book directly with Tillingham.
