Expect a decadent five course Garden Menu centered around the incredible produce on our doorstep and seasonal flavours. Naturally, there’ll be an optional wine pairing to accompany if you want to go all out.

Thai-style scallop fishcake, fermented sweet chilli sauce

Scallop ceviche, cucumber & yuzu tiger milk, coriander

Seared scallop, teriyaki glaze, charred carrot purée, crispy potatoes

Wild bass, crushed baby potatoes, charred leek, scallop roe velouté

Hedgerow Sorbet

Baked vanilla cheesecake, poached rhubarb, white chocolate crumb

Local selection of three cheeses, Tillingham chutney, crackers

Happy Hour during Scallop week 4-6pm includes a glass of fizz & our delicious scallop ceviche for £15 served on the bar all week!
