Juliet has taken the best of a range of yoga styles to create a dynamic flow blend that uses a dancer’s knowledge of the body’s natural movement with a mindful focus to help reduce stress and anxiety. Yoga flow with Juliet balances flow, held postures and restorative time. Juliet is passionate about the wonderful transformative benefits of yoga for all of our mental and physical health.
