Wholistic Wellness Day with Wilder Botanics & Yoga flow with Juliet

 

A day of yoga flow and learning about the healing benefits of seasonal herbs. A wonderful opportunity to reset and rebalance.

Your day includes a 90 minute session of yoga flow with Juliet, followed by a talk and workshop led by Rachel Landon, co founder of Wilder Botanics. Head chef Tom Ryalls will prepare a delicious lunch using produce from our walled garden. Then take the time to take a stroll and be with nature in the beautiful surrounding vineyards.
