Arrive from 3pm on New Year’s Eve, where tea, coffee, and a slice of our signature Tillingham cake await. Settle into your room, breathe in the winter landscape, and let the pace of the day ease into the evening.

As night falls, gather for canapés and a glass of Col ‘23, before sitting down to a three-course dinner that celebrates the best of our kitchen garden and local producers.

Then, the party begins. Head down to the bar, where DJ Antonia Deeson returns with a set to carry us into the small hours. Expect fizz at midnight, laughter, and the glow of a new year unfolding.

On New Year’s Day, wake to a Tillingham breakfast, we’re pulling out all the stops to make the first meal of 2026 truly delicious. Spend the rest of the day at your leisure: walk the vineyards, curl up by the fire, and enjoy supper in the evening, followed by another delicious breakfast.

Before you depart on 2 January, we’ll send you home with a gift from us, a bottle of Col ‘23, tucked into a Tillingham tote, a keepsake to take you back to the night we welcomed 2026 together.
