We have eleven double rooms in what was formerly a hop barn.
The decision to exclude a TV from the hotel room is driven by a commitment to fostering a tranquil and immersive environment for our guests. By intentionally omitting the distraction of a television, we aim to provide a space where guests can unwind, relax, and connect with their surroundings. All rooms include a Roberts radio, and we encourage our guests to embrace the serenity of their surroundings and soak up The Tillingham experience.
In addition to our rooms, we have two high-spec Bell Tents within the grounds, with your private terrace and firepit. These are bookable seasonally from May through September. All booking rates include breakfast and bathrooms that are well stocked with full amenities.
We have 3 dog-friendly rooms—please contact us before booking to check availability. There is an additional cleaning charge of £30 per animal, payable at checkout. Well-behaved dogs are welcome in our bar and pizza barn, though they are not permitted in the restaurant at any time. We are a working farm with livestock and chickens roaming free, so we kindly ask that dogs be kept on a lead at all times.

Please note we are not able to redeem gift vouchers online. To make a room booking using a gift voucher, please contact us directly. Alternatively, please book your room as usual to secure your desired date and contact stay@tillingham.com, we will then refund any deposits with proof of voucher.
Whilst we don’t like to exclude anyone from Tillingham, we cannot accommodate children under 10 in our rooms or the restaurant for dinner. This includes newborns. For room bookings, anyone under 18 must be accompanied by an adult.
Due to our remote location, we highly recommend that you make any travel arrangements in advance. Please note we are unable to book transport for diners or guests, let us know if you’d like us to send you a list of local taxi providers.
