We have eleven double rooms in what was formerly a hop barn.

In addition to our rooms,  we have two luxury Bell Tents within the grounds, with your private terrace and firepit. These are bookable seasonally from May through September.

The decision to exclude a TV from the hotel room is driven by a commitment to fostering a tranquil and immersive environment for our guests. By intentionally omitting the distraction of a television, we aim to provide a space where guests can unwind, relax, and connect with their surroundings. All rooms include a Roberts radio, and we encourage our guests to embrace the serenity of their surroundings and soak up the full Tillingham experience.

We have 4 dog-friendly rooms—please contact us before booking to check availability. There is an additional cleaning charge of £30 per animal, payable at checkout. Well-behaved dogs are welcome in our bar and pizza barn, though they are not permitted in the restaurant at any time. We are a working farm with livestock and chickens roaming free, so we kindly ask that dogs be kept on a lead at all times.
